Private Hands-On Herbal Tea Workshop

Service Description

We'll meet in the upstairs loft of "The Haven on 5th" building (a non-profit runs here and I rent the space above it). I'll provide a table and chairs set up with a variety of 12+ medicinal plants and herbs pre-selected & arranged. Fillable tea bags, published literature on herbal medicine, & the tools needed to make your very own healthy herbal teas will also be provided. A warm, delicious herbal tea will be included during our session. You can park in the free parking lot beside the building designated for "The Haven". Upstairs, you will learn about the various healing properties of several different herbs so that you can personalize your own wellness teas. I can also answer questions on other herbs, gathering, and prepping techniques so that you can forage on your own in the future! You will leave this experience with 4 to 6 tea bags of medicinal herbs that are large and suitable for multiple tea pots worths of tea. Each batch of herbs can be used two times. You will also leave with more knowledge of medicinal herbs and a new respect for the magic of plant medicine!
