Summer Solstice Event with Crystal Bowls & Yoga

COME CELEBRATE THE SUMMER SOLSTICE 

 and welcome it in with Jessica Lattuca and Breccia Leigh in a peaceful and relaxing setting.

Hosted at the TREE OF LIFE HERBALISM & YOGA STUDIO at the HAVEN on 5th downtown Roanoke.

Event will start at 7:30 and go until 9 pm. Please be there early to secure a cozy spot that appeals to you.

This event will include:

• A relaxing herbal tea
• 45 minutes of yoga for all levels
• 15 minutes of guided meditation
• 30 minutes of Singing Crystal Bowls 
• Socializing afterwards around the fire pit!

What does the summer solistice represent?

The Summer solstice represents the transition from action to nourishment, which is exactly what the Sun gives us during the long nights of summer, both to our actual crops but also to the continual journey we travel from darkness to light in nature's perfect rhythm.

What are Singing Crystal Bowls and how do they help?

They allow you to relax and unwind and let the healing sound frequencies of the crystal singing bowls cleanse, balance and align your mind, body and spirit. A singing bowl reduces your heartbeat, improves focus, and can help to bring the mind into stillness. It does so by emitting sound waves using friction and vibration. Different bowls have different frequencies and tones based on their sizes, shapes, composition, density, and surroundings. Breccia Leigh will be providing and guiding us through the beautiful process.

Anything I should bring with me?

You can wear warm socks, bring water to drink and an eye mask if desired (for during the singing bowl session). Feel free to bring your own yoga mat (or we can provide one for you) and you can bring your own pillow and blanket, if desired. You can bring something to drink around the bonfire after the even if you choose to. :D
