Hands-On Herbal Tea Workshop

I am excited to offer you all an afternoon of learning about how medicinal herbal teas can enhance your health and well-being in so many areas of your life!

We will cover:

 *How herbs can help and improve your physical, mental and emotional state, even the most severe of cases *How to get started making herbal teas and what you tools and books you may need *What herbs are great to start with, as well as get some customized for something you'd like to improve in your own life *How to make your own herbal concoctions and remedies

An Herbal Tea Infusion will be provided to sip on during our event and after.

Q & A and a little socializing at the end!

Everyone will get to fill their own tea bags with herbs that interest them that they'd like to sample (like a mini apothecary to to take home and play with!).

Looking forward to sharing my love of herbs with all of you! This will a fun and educational experience that you will get to go home and put to work for yourself!
