Candlelight Yoga
Come join us at The Haven on 5th in the bohemian loft upstairs for a heavenly, candle-lit evening featuring a lovely herbal tea, vinyasa flow and savasana & short meditation at the end. This class will be taught by Jessica Lattuca.
Bring your water bottle and your yoga mat. If you don't have one, please let us know in advance and one will be provided for you.
